Read music, I forgot how to play?

Ok so I totally forgot how to play the piano I played for years but I haven't played since I moved so about 2 years. I never learned how to read the music my teacher just wrote the letters under it and eventually i played by heart. I did take a class at the same place where my piano class was but so few people took it that the class closed. Anyway I also forgot which keys are which I remember e d and b but plz also mention them and the flats and sharps. I really want to play again i feel like a part of me is missing without the piano. Also I forgot how you can tell which notes r 4 the right and which are for the left. plz just mention anything that would appear on sheetmusic. And if you know any websites (preferably free ones) or books plz post them here. And any additional tips plz post thanks
U don't have 2 read the entire thing, i know that its long, also could u tell me on which line each note is on, thanks and half notes and that stuff thanks

How long play gutair, acoustic?

To learn Moonlight Sonata 1st mvt, and I've now learned up to about 1 minute and 15 seconds of that video in the past 3-4 hours.
My sister said that was pretty fast and that I should take lessons because I have some natural skill, but I'm not sure if that was just encouragement or something I should really look into! so is this fast or average? I'd like some advice from people who actually play. thanks.
I think I overestimated, it's only been 2-3 hours!
