What instrument should I play?
I know how to play the violin already and the piano. Sheet music is sort of difficult for me to read, yet, I can play well since I have a good memory of movement in the fingers.
I want to learn how to play a beautiful sounding instrument and something not too expense to buy at first. ($200-800) I will be totally committed to it since I am with the other instruments. Let's see I am fast with my fingers if I get into the rhythm of the music and I have a good ear for music.

How can I fall alseep faster?
Lately it's been taking me a long time to fall asleep. Like 1-2 hours. I can't tell you how annoying this is because I have to get up to go to work at 6am. I practically have to go to bed at 8pm to make sure I get eight hours.
I've done everything I could think of, I don't drink coffee or soda, eat dinner at regular times around 6, take a shower and relax for a half hour before going to bed.
I've tried reading, watching TV, music lighting insense but nothing seems to work!
Whats worse is sometimes I don't fall alseep at all. I roll around for 8 hours with my eyes clothes but just don't fall sleep.
Any ideas?
