Good way to learn to read guitar music?

I play the classical guitar. I want to go away from tablature and learn to read music. I'll need to start from the beginning but I am willing to. Can anyone recommend a good self teaching tool like a book, video or computer program that can help?

how can you call talking fast to a beat, music? Rap?

ok then, how come whenever i turn on mtv i see a rapper dude counting his money and stealing a car and talking about it?? and if they can play intruments...why don't they play them live or in a music video?!!!

How to learn to read music quickly?

I'm not allowed to use anybody outside my class (who are in my school) and I'm the only one in my class who volunteered for the Score/Song competition.
