Where can I find Sheet Music for the song “Holiday in Cambodia” by the Dead Kennedy’s?

How to sight read and play piano at the same time ?

I remember some1 telling me that i should be playin the bass cleft several times and try to memorize it and then play the treble cleft several times and try to memorize, then put it together and play the whole song. but it's not workin i suck at memory, i mean i could remember some but forget some part, it is extremely slow and is this even the right method if it takes u a month to learn a song this way?

However, I've reached a part in the song that you play an F with a sharp..and I'm just wondering do you play the rest of the F's with sharps or do you just play it for that ONE note?
