I would have to say go to hitsquad.com for information on reading music. I haven’t seen a definite program for reading music, but this site has it all from freeware, shareware, and other good programs. I hope that helps.

Finale has a free program called Finale “notepad” that you can download from their site. It’s a pretty basic program, but if you like it you can always upgrade.
