I doubt that you could learn in one day. It takes some people years to learn to read and play it as you read it. It’s best to get someone to show you, or you could go to a music store and buy a chart that matches the notes with the keys on a piano.

Find a friend who knows how to read music and ask them to go through the basics with you at the weekend and then again the next weekend to kinda refresh your memory.
