Sometimes I end up hearing everything going really fast. I dont know why it happens?

You sound like you’re experiencing manic episodes. Does your mind race and you feel like you can’t sit still too? Brain chemical imbalances can cause this.

The same thing happens to me. Your not going insane, well at least I hope not because that means i would be too. I don’t know the exact reason, but it always seems to feel like i’m having a small un-triggered panic attack.

I get these too. They’re brain-seizures. If you don’t stop them with medication and you get them regularly you will get brain damage. Everytime this happens you are getting brain damage. These are fairly common but because people have a hard time describing them, fear the appearance of insanity and most listers shrug off the comments, not thinking much of them, symptoms often go undiagnosed.
