i tap my foot but if u can’t count out loud i doubt that’ll be helpful.. a metronome is reallly helpful…

Try clapping out the rhythm. Then add it to your music. If your really having problems try and slow your tempo down. You can also try clapping out the rhythm while a metronome is on. Good luck

And also don’t listen and get afraid if you don’t know what I am talking about after this ignore. a triplet is 3 notes in 1 beat and is counted like 1 trip-let and 16th notes are four beats in a beat and are counted 1 e an da.
