think I could play the guitar?

I have been playing the flute for going on 4 years so i know all the musical terms. i can read music and everything, I love country music, and i want to be apart of it and create it. Now that i'm out of school for the summer i want to learn how to play. DO you think i could catch on fast? Give me some tips/ advice. Or some websites i could go to to learn how to play. O ya i have an acoustic guitar. And i already have it tuned.

Learn How to Read Music Notes
I’ve been teaching myself and I found the most important thing to do is learn the G, D, C, and A chords, and then learn how to read guitar tabs. I decided the same thing about school being out, and I’ve had my guitar for about 4 years and never played before, so I decided to give it a shot.
