It has lessons on basic theory (which is what you are essentially learning when you learn how to read music) as well as trainers that quiz you on reading music notes so that you can work on your speed, recognition and memorization of musical concepts. They also have a great ear trainer that helps when you’re trying to learn how to hear intervals and chords. Start with the first lesson and keep on reading and practicing.
