Learning to Read Music
Yes of course. The only logical way of creating songs without playing them is to hire musicians and become like a composer in a way.

how read music
yeah, if you can hear in your mind how its going to sound then absolutely. Also, you could use a program like fl studio to get a feel for it, that way you can ust write it out on the computer without being able to actually play an instrument. Frank zappa did that a lot actually, he would hire studio musicians like steve vai to play the music he wrote because it was to complicated for him to handle.

Definitely. If you can read music, then you can write music. So that’s what you do. Create it with your voice, put it down on paper, and there you go. If you can’t write because of a physical condition, the you can buy a music writing program for your computer. We know you can use a computer. I bet you have plenty of unfinished music in your head, right? go to it. Maybe you’re the musical prodigy that the world has been searching for since ‘Wolfgang’. I hope so. Good Luck.
