This is the best simple beginners explaination on her.
Mainly because it is clearly presented. The presenter doesn´t have a horrible voice and doesn´t spend her time going “Ur, um, er, well, cough, cough”
And everything is set out clearly – not a lot of scribble on paper and senseless banging about on the piano.
THANKS!!!!

The bass was the first stave to be defined and it simply goes from the first letter A in the bottom space, up to the last letter G at the top. All the notes ABCDEFG fall within the stave, and the middle letter D is on the middle line. You dont need any mnemonics for learning the bass clef. Within (A BC D EF G), the tones and half-tones fall symmetrically (BC and EF) Thus the bass is aesthetically the best stave and easiest to understand. See my video on naming the white keys – a historical note.

Thanks for awesine video and PLEASE make more. The Bass GBDFA line doesn’t have any memory trick related to it. How am I ever supposed to memorise something that long? I came up with few though “Good Boys Deserve Facial Acid”. Its not easy isn’t it.

I’ve always wondered why the bass clef never had a saying for the notes on the line (g,b,d,f,a)…
